Colbe Scott

Colbe is currently a junior looking to pursue a career in physical therapy upon graduation. He is all about sports and has been since he was young, as he tried out every sport he could and made it to the state tournament in each one. He had an accomplished basketball career in high school and continued to play in college as well. So accomplished, in fact, that this game-winning 3 pointer landed him on SportsCenter Top 10. Today, he has given up the hardwood for the stripes, as he referees in Sioux Falls while completing his studies. His grandfather was a referee as well. At the Jones County Invitational, a basketball tournament that his grandpa used to referee at, Colbe won the Pete Kearns Sportsmanship Memorial award for his exemplary character on and off the court. Sports has taught him a lot of lessons, and they have given him the best mentors. He will certainly accomplish his goals, as he has learned that with the right attitude and commitment one can accomplish anything.
